Include your Providers' ABN number.
Send letter to your Water Provider, puting your account into Dispute.
An account in legitimate Dispute cannot incur penalties, demands or harassment of any form.
Send your letter by Registered Mail.

You are entitled to expect safe goods and services

From 1 January 2011, every Australian consumer will be protected in the same way under the Australian Consumer Law from unsafe consumer products and product-related services.

By knowing your rights, you can make informed choices and demand safer products and services.

Safe products

You are entitled to expect that every retailer, manufacturer and importer in Australia complies with product safety laws.

Product safety laws apply to products bought in shops, at home, over the phone or online.

If you are injured in an accident involving a consumer product, report it to the place you bought it from.

I Object to your supplying the general public with Flouridated Water as Flouride is an S7 Poison, and can seriously affect peoples health.
Under the newly released Australian Consumer Law, as of january 1st 2011you are breaking the Law by supplying poisonous water.

I have purchased a 5 phase reverse osmosis system which cost me over $600 in order to take out fluoride from the water so that it is safe for my family and I to drink.

You charge me for my water but you sell me poison and I think I should be reimbursed for the filter and plumbing and any on going expenses I have had to do in order to not be mass medicated. I also do not wish to pay for water that is given to me in a poisonous state.

Please verify the use of an uncontrollable substance addition/injection to a complete life support commodity of a somewhat questionable substance to mass induce harmful chemicals into a societies water system without giving the people the right of repy/acceptance of rejection. List publically all those responsible so when the cleanup research is done after the fact they can be tried for crimes against humanity

I understand the the rise in water prices may be due to new infrastructure having to be built, and the cost of labouring and maintaining these new facilities, however I feel that we should be given an option to whether we want our water to be fluoridated.
I am appalled that this has happened for over 50 years, with no public consent or approval, whether it’s decisions by the Australian Government or your organisation which approves of the process, it is shocking and I, along with millions of others feel that fluoride should be rid of from our water systems within the foreseeable future.

Please remove fluoride from my tap water, I would also like my dental bills refunded, also the cost of my reverse osmosis filter. and any water charges I have paid to date. why should I pay you for dirty water, also I have no teeth, the fluoride killed them a long time ago. I object to our water supply containing fluoride and other toxic chemicals, despite the objection of so many of we general public. I agree that we should not have to pay such an exorbitant amount for poisonous water and that your company should provide free water until these substances are removed. On top of these charges we have to buy fresh clean drinking water!! Outrageous.

I am discusted in the forced medicating and poisoning on my friends and family by illegal flouridation. The poor science and flimsey justificaytion does not in anyway mitigate your very real crimes against the people of Australia.

Australian Labor Party, the party of the people, what a joke, you are now breaking your own law. We do not want fluoride in our water, we never wanted fluroide in our water and we were never asked if we wanted fluroide in our water. This posion, by law, must now be removed, as the facts against mass fluoridation are showing that the effects of forced mass fluroidation is in fact posion not medical. I have the right to accept, or not to accept, medecine based on informed choice, this is not happening in the field of fluroidation of the water I drink, and I must drink it as I can not afford to buy unfluroidated water. Thanks for posioning me and my grandchildren, one of whom already has white spots on her teeth. Well done, ‘HEIL ANNA!!!”

NSW Health goverment says fluoride is safe and effective for drinking.

The chemicals Sydney Water Corporation is dumping into our water supply Fluoride in form of Hydrofluorosilicic Acid, eats through concrete, how is it Safe & Effective to drink!
